This picture is pretty well done with fine details and stunning composition. Even if it may not be as dynamic as others, it still captures the essence and sharp edge while contrasting it with pure natural beauty!
I like how the macro shot could really set a happy natural atmosphere with the bright green-yellow colours with the torquise-dragonfly really gleaming the shot. And the way you portrayed this photo in a square instagram-theme really gave it a more focused shot.
What I thought could be improved on would be the angle of the shot, where it encompasses the whole dragonfly rather than having bits of it cut of in a semi-backwards 3/4 view. And adding a bit more mid-ground could really set the tone of the image.
Overall, I think this piece is pretty amazing with it's sense of clarity and keen-edge feel. Keep up the great work and don't give up!
The fact that you made it sqared makes it even better, it brings the whole focus to the fly and nothing else, which is always good. Sorry for the rate being down because of the low originality but it's hard to set a high originality for naturepictures, i mean, they are everywhere haha, I do them too!
Great nature picture though and nature pictures doesn't really have to be original to be perfect
